Our Customized Planning Process

We review the Reserve Fund Investment Plan with the Board and Property Manager, and offer comparative options to ensure a best fit. Furthermore, we ensure all investment assets are purchased and held according to the guidelines and restrictions under the corresponding provincial Property Regulation.

There is a duty to conduct all activities in accordance to their respective provincial regulations as well as legal requirements under the Trustee Act and Prudent Investor Rule. Please note that RECA, RESA and CMRAO expect full compliance, and although they do not actively audit the Trustee Act, they will step in and serve notice if they find a violation or receive a complaint. The legal duty of care is the responsibility of the elected Board and the Property Manager.​​
